Description

You will own the automated testing lifecycle for native mobile applications and mobile browsers across iOS and Android platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated mobile tests using Appium and Cucumber frameworks.
• Design test scripts in Gherkin format to meet acceptance criteria.
• Execute functional, integration, resilience, and regression testing on devices and simulators.
• Conduct accessibility testing using WCAG 2.1 or ADA standards.
• Perform root cause analysis on test escapes and recommend process improvements.
• Train product owners on writing acceptance criteria and adopting BDD tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mobile app testing and automation.
• Proficiency with Appium and Cucumber in Java.
• Experience with BDD, JavaScript, and WebDriverIO.
• Hands-on use of Browserstack and Selenium.
• Strong understanding of web technologies including HTTP, XML, REST, HTML, and JS REACT.
• Experience with mobile native application and mobile browser testing.
• Familiarity with the Atlassian toolset.
• Ability to perform accessibility testing for mobile.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in application development.
