Description

Lead feature testing and sprint automation in an Agile environment. Own the mobile test automation strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain test automation solutions using Selenium, Cypress, and Rest Assured within Azure environments.
• Develop mobile test automation frameworks using native iOS and Android toolsets.
• Coordinate with development teams to balance manual testing, UI automation, and unit testing coverage.
• Monitor, investigate, and identify problems during development, pairing with engineers to diagnose and test fixes.
• Design and implement risk-based test strategies based on user stories and non-functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Proficiency in Java and Java-related toolsets including Maven, Spring Framework, Eclipse, or IntelliJ.
• Hands-on experience with Android testing tools such as Espresso, UI Automator, Robolectric, and Jetpack Compose.
• Experience with iOS testing tools including XCTest and XCUITest.
• Strong knowledge of Jenkins and Selenium Grid for continuous testing.
• Expertise in Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience building React-based or JS-based development and automation solutions.
• Solid understanding of OO design patterns and requirements analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud technologies and test data management strategies.
• Familiarity with test infrastructure design and complex test environments.
