Description

You build and maintain mobile automation frameworks for Android and iOS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain mobile automation frameworks using Espresso, UI Automator, XCUITest, and XCTest.
• Build reusable test libraries in Kotlin and Swift.
• Define test strategies, coverage goals, and quality metrics.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Reduce test flakiness through synchronization, stable test data, and controlled app states.

Required Skills

• 3–6+ years of experience in mobile test automation or SDET roles.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS).
• Hands-on experience with Espresso, UI Automator, Jetpack, and XCUITest/XCTest.
• Solid understanding of AndroidX Test, JUnit, Gradle, and iOS test plans and build configurations.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and device farms (e.g., Sauce Labs, BrowserStack, AWS Device Farm).
• API contract testing experience using MockWebServer and Pact.
• Familiarity with mobile app architectures (MVVM/MVI), dependency injection (Hilt/Dagger, Combine), and async programming.
• Strong debugging and profiling skills using Android Studio, Xcode, Instruments, and crash analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing SwiftUI and Compose apps.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
