Description

Lead mobile test automation and quality strategy for a critical banking project.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated mobile tests using Appium and Cucumber.
• Execute functional, integration, resilience, and regression testing for iOS and Android.
• Design test scripts in Gherkin/Cucumber format and train product owners on acceptance criteria.
• Conduct mobile native and browser testing via devices and simulators.
• Analyze test escapes and root causes to recommend process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or automation.
• Proficiency with Appium and Cucumber using Java.
• Experience with mobile native application and mobile browser testing on iOS and Android.
• Strong knowledge of HTTP, XML, REST, HTML, and JS React.
• Experience using Atlassian tools.
• Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools.
• Ability to work within an Agile environment with global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in application development.
