Description

You will ensure the reliability, monitoring, and stability of iOS and Android mobile applications in production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production application flows and implement proactive system monitoring to detect issues early.
• Manage incidents, changes, and problems following ITIL procedures.
• Develop and maintain Splunk queries, dashboards, alerts, and reports for visibility.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues within cloud and production environments.
• Write scripts using Python, Perl, or Shell to automate Linux system engineering tasks.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of professional experience in a technical role.
• Development or support experience with Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Hands-on experience with iOS and Android app development and maintenance.
• Expertise in Splunk programming and dashboard construction.
• Strong Linux System Engineering and scripting skills (Python, Perl, Shell).
• Proficiency with ITIL concepts including Incident and Change management.
• Experience with mobile APM tools such as Fabric, Center, MixPanel, or App Dynamics.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins and network load balancers like Big IP.
• Familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker.

Preferred Skills

• Deployment and troubleshooting experience with Jboss, Node.js, or GraphQL.
