Description

You will design technical solutions for new mobile features and oversee component design, leading the migration of legacy applications to cloud-based architectures.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions for new mobile features and maintain detailed component documentation.
• Coordinate technical implementation between different engineering teams.
• Lead the migration and transformation of legacy applications to cloud-based solutions.
• Manage the migration of large databases from legacy data models to new architectures.
• Remain hands-on with code to support the development team when necessary.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in native mobile application development.
• 3+ years of experience as a solutions architect or consultant focusing on mobile and cloud-native applications.
• Strong proficiency in iOS development (Swift) or Android development (Java, Kotlin).
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and environments.
• Proven track record of migrating legacy applications to the cloud.
• Expertise in migrating large-scale databases and data models.
• Working knowledge of mobile application DevOps tools.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies.
• Ability to work from the office in Irving, TX, 3 days per week.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Solution Architecture certification.
