Description

You will develop instructional programs and conduct audits for Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice staff regarding RCIC, LEADS, and NCIC systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present instructional programs, including student and instructor guides and job aids.
• Conduct external audits of Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice agencies to ensure compliance with State and Federal mandates.
• Execute Train-the-Trainer and student training sessions.
• Prepare accurate audit reports and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Perform curriculum management and document course updates using version control.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CLEAR/LEADS databases.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Ohio LEADS and FBI NCIC certification, requiring fingerprinting and criminal background investigation.
• Strong public speaking and written/verbal communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to work irregular hours as needed.
• Mobile Development skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Information Technology, Public Administration, or Education.
