Description

You will manage production support and technical issue resolution for mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Debug, analyze, and address technical issues within native mobile code.
• Coordinate with multiple product teams to resolve production problems.
• Escalate complex issues to respective development teams when necessary.
• Provide executive updates regarding progress and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in mobile development (Android/iOS).
• Ability to understand, debug, and analyze native code.
• Experience or willingness to perform technical and production support.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for cross-team coordination.
• Ability to work shifts that allow for handovers with onsite teams.
• Extended overlap to the PST time zone for handovers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mobile SRE practices.
• Background in native iOS or Android engineering.
