Description

You will manage the Microsoft Intune infrastructure for the Mobile Endpoint Squad, handling incident diagnosis, troubleshooting, and escalation for end-user issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure mobile services, tools, and applications within the Microsoft Intune environment.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for complex mobile device management incidents.
• Optimize processes and hand off resolved work to Level 2 offshore teams.
• Own problem and change management processes to ensure stability.
• Create and maintain operational support documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise mobile device management (Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, Blackberry, AirWatch).
• Strong grasp of IT infrastructure fundamentals including networks, databases, load balancers, and IT security.
• Proficiency in automation and integration using PowerShell, Perl, Python, or Shell.
• Deep knowledge of mobile operating systems, specifically iOS and Android.
• Strong understanding of basic networking concepts and internet protocols.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Office 365 and Intune App Protection Policies.
• Knowledge in computer and mobile security concepts.
