Description

You provide technical leadership for 24x7 L1.5/L2/L3 support across iOS and Android mobile applications and associated channel proxies globally.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for mobile application issues, guiding complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Lead production outages and critical incidents on bridges, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with business owners, development, and product teams on roadmap initiatives and L3 enhancements.
• Partner with observability teams to enhance monitoring capabilities and enable proactive issue detection.
• Contribute to functional roadmap improvements and drive operational excellence within the support team.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in mobile application support or development.
• Proven experience in production support (L2/L3) for global applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with iOS and Android application architecture, APIs, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with mobile debugging tools including Xcode, Android Studio, and Charles Proxy.
• Experience using observability platforms such as AppDynamics and DataDog.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile deployment processes.
• Experience working with backend integrations and channel proxies.
