You will provide technical direction for mobile applications across iOS, Android, and Java, leading development teams and ensuring architectural integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead iOS, Android, and Java teams in designing, developing, and implementing mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Conduct code reviews, identify technical debt, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical solutions.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on mobile development best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional development experience.
• Proficiency in iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Strong knowledge of Android development using Kotlin.
• Expertise in Java programming for backend services and integration.
• Experience with Node.js and Microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile security protocols.
• Ability to lead and motivate development teams toward project goals.
• Experience with mobile UI/UX design principles.
