Description

You will provide technical leadership across iOS, Android, and Java development efforts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead iOS, Android, and Java teams in designing and implementing mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
• Conduct code reviews, identify technical debt, and enforce coding standards.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical solutions.
• Mentor team members and resolve complex technical issues in mobile development.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in mobile and backend development.
• Proficiency in iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Strong knowledge of Android development using Kotlin.
• Expertise in Java programming for backend services and integration.
• Experience with Microservices and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile security protocols.
• Experience with Objective-C.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with mobile UI/UX design principles.
