Description

Lead the design, development, and optimization of next-generation mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot mobile applications to ensure high performance and security.
• Implement and enforce software development techniques to meet integration and maintainability standards.
• Mentor team members and guide them through complex technical issues and architectural decisions.
• Identify technical gaps, advocate for necessary changes, and manage critical maintenance, deployment, and release support activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mobile software development.
• Hands-on experience with React and React Native frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ES6.
• Experience with state management frameworks such as Redux or MobX.
• Working knowledge of Android and iOS basic coding.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience using version control tools like git.
• Knowledge of CI/CD workflows and XML.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Expo and complex API integrations.
• Prior working experience in Scrum or other Agile methodologies.
