Lead the technical direction and execution for mobile applications, defining architecture, standards, and release pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end mobile solutions using Ionic, Capacitor, and Swift.
• Define development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the team.
• Design and implement native plugins via Capacitor for device features like camera, biometrics, and push notifications.
• Drive technical decisions focused on performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Ensure high-quality releases through automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in mobile development.
• Expertise with Ionic Framework for enterprise-scale app development.
• Proficiency with Capacitor for native bridge and plugin development.
• Strong experience with AngularJS and Angular for mobile UI.
• Expertise in Swift for native iOS development and plugin customization.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of mobile security standards, including OWASP.
• Familiarity with OAuth2 and OpenID Connect for enterprise authentication.
• Proven ability to mentor developers across hybrid and native stacks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Android native development using Kotlin or Java.
• Familiarity with App Store and Play Store release processes.
