Description

You will lead the architectural direction and automation strategy for mobile application testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize plans to address mobile technical debt.
• Collaborate with tech leads to coordinate software architectures.
• Lead a distributed team through coaching and enforcement of technical standards.
• Create Proofs of Concept for new technologies and design patterns.
• Communicate technical solutions and recommendations to business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of testing experience with at least 5 years of hands-on mobile automation.
• Proven ability to build automation frameworks from scratch for both iOS and Android.
• Strong Java programming skills.
• Expertise in API testing and TDD/BDD/TestNG frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically Jenkins.
• Proficiency with Git and Jira.
• Experience building large-scale, complex iOS/Android applications optimized for UX and performance.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAFe frameworks.
• Proficiency with JUnit and JMeter.
