Description

You will lead verification and validation for Medtech software and hardware products, owning test strategies, automation frameworks, and release decisions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies and plans for power system and embedded products.
• Develop and maintain a test automation framework using TestNG and Java for Flutter mobile applications.
• Lead go/no-go release decisions by assessing test results, coverage, and system stability.
• Mentor test engineers and establish best practices for testing efficiency and technical innovation.
• Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, analyze, and resolve customer issues through root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing as a Lead, preferably in an R&D environment.
• 8+ years of experience in test automation using Java and TestNG.
• Expertise in mobile automation and web apps automation.
• Proven experience in test planning, scheduling, and task estimation for system releases.
• In-depth knowledge of Regression, Functional, Performance, Black Box, White Box, and Integration testing.
• Experience with regulatory compliance testing for Medtech standards.
• Ability to manage traceability between requirements, test plans, and automation sequences.
• Proficiency in defining test strategies for embedded systems, mobile apps, and web apps.
• Experience working on international or multi-site project developments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Flutter app automation.
