Description

You will configure, validate, and troubleshoot mobile devices for end users, ensuring seamless operation of iOS and Android platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and set up Apple iPhones and iPads to meet specific organizational requirements.
• Verify and validate that all required applications are installed correctly and function as expected.
• Execute testing procedures to ensure all device setups are completed successfully.
• Resolve user requests and technical issues by collaborating with vendors, application owners, and internal desktop teams.
• Coordinate with local mobility and support teams to address hardware and software concerns.

Required Skills

• 7-8 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience configuring and setting up Apple iPhones and iPads.
• Deep knowledge of iOS supported devices.
• Proficiency with Android and iOS platforms.
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proven experience testing mobile devices and mobile applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and coordinate across different teams.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
