Description

You will perform engineering testing services for wireless clients using specialized equipment to ensure conformance and protocol verification.

Responsibilities

• Debug UE test failures and perform root cause analysis on modem protocol issues.
• Execute conformance testing for modem solutions including WCDMA, LTE, and TD-SCDMA.
• Maintain test platforms and systems to meet CTIA, PTCRB, and GCF requirements.
• Manage system calibrations and documentation to support ISO 17025 accreditation.
• Support technical troubleshooting with test equipment manufacturers and customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in modem protocol verification and conformance testing.
• Hands-on experience with WCDMA, LTE, or TD-SCDMA test simulators such as Anite, R&S, or Anritsu.
• Deep knowledge of GCF, PTCRB, CMCC, and ALU device certification processes.
• Strong understanding of 3GPP specifications including 51.101, 36.523, 36.521, and 34.229.
• Expertise in at least two core technologies (GSM, GPRS, WCDMA, HSPA+, LTE, or TD-SCDMA) including RRM, call processing, and message flows.
• Experience with modem performance and stability testing.
• Proficiency in technical writing and English communication.
• Ability to work with remote teams across multiple geographical sites.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with channel emulators like Keysight PropSim or Aziimuth.
• Automation experience using Python or Robot Framework.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, containerized environments, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Git.
