Description

You will lead the development of Android applications and mentor junior engineers while owning major component deliveries.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver major Android components, ensuring high coding standards and thorough pull request reviews.
• Mentor junior developers to improve team capability and code quality.
• Integrate and maintain systems across Salesforce/CRM, SharePoint, and custom databases.
• Manage multiple small projects and handle large-scale Excel data processing efficiently.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Android development experience with 3+ years of Kotlin proficiency.
• Experience working on long-term Banking or Financial projects.
• Strong ability to navigate and work with custom databases and large datasets.
• Practical experience with Salesforce/CRM and SharePoint integrations.
• Proven ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
• Strong communication skills and experience with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with open-source frameworks.
