Description

Lead the delivery of major mobile UI components and platform needs while mentoring junior to mid-level engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead delivery of major components and platform needs in partnership with senior engineers and architects.
• Mentor junior to mid-level team members and advocate for the mobile platform within internal and external developer communities.
• Review pull requests, ensuring adherence to Swift and Kotlin idioms, and identify technical obstacles early.
• Engage with cross-disciplinary developers (Android, iOS, APIs, Web) and incorporate feedback from the broader team.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, share best practices, and improve processes to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development, specifically with Swift and Kotlin.
• Strong understanding of 3rd party libraries and mobile platform technologies.
• Experience collaborating with API, Web, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Proven ability to mentor developers and lead delivery of complex components.
• Active participation in agile ceremonies and team commitments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
