Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major components and platform needs alongside senior engineers and Architects.
• Contribute to team agile ceremonies to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of commitments.
• Review pull requests to ensure adherence to Swift and language idioms.
• Identify technical obstacles early and collaborate with the team to find solutions.
• Mentor junior to mid-level team members.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Swift and Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with Android and iOS development.
• Familiarity with APIs and Web technologies.
• Ability to share and implement best practices across sprint teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical initiatives in a cross-functional team.
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns.
