Lead the delivery of major mobile components and platform needs in partnership with senior engineers and architects.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead delivery of major components and platform needs.
• Review pull requests to ensure adherence to Swift and other language idioms.
• Mentor junior to mid-level team members.
• Identify technical obstacles early and collaborate with the team to find creative solutions.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies to ensure commitments are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expert proficiency in Swift and Kotlin.
• Experience with Android and iOS development ecosystems.
• Familiarity with API integration and Web technologies.
• Ability to contribute to and influence group technical discussions.
• Experience sharing best practices and improving development processes.
