Description

Lead mobile UI development for iOS and Android platforms, owning major component delivery and ensuring high-quality releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead delivery of major mobile components and platform needs in partnership with senior engineers and architects.
• Review pull requests and ensure strict adherence to Swift and Kotlin idioms and best practices.
• Mentor junior to mid-level developers and advocate for the mobile platform within internal and external communities.
• Identify technical obstacles early and drive creative solutions across Android, iOS, API, and Web disciplines.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies to ensure team commitments are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development with proficiency in Swift and Kotlin.
• Strong understanding of iOS and Android platform architectures and 3rd party libraries.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating mobile applications with web services.
• Proven ability to mentor developers and influence group discussions on technical direction.
• Experience participating in agile ceremonies and contributing to process improvements.
• Ability to engage with cross-functional teams across various technical disciplines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to or leading internal developer communities.
• Background in collaborating with architects on large-scale platform needs.
