Description

Lead the design and execution of mobile application user experiences from discovery through validation.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine user experiences by mapping user flows and designing intuitive UI for complex workflows.
• Conduct end-to-end research including usability studies, card sorting, field studies, and contextual inquiry.
• Collaborate with product management and technology partners to deliver design solutions that meet business goals.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and present design tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Facilitate knowledge mapping sessions and brainstorm design solutions aligned with product direction.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in design and mobile application UX.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong command of HTML/CSS.
• Expertise in information architecture, page hierarchies, and user flows.
• Experience building design systems and applying user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Ability to create wireframes, sketches, journey maps, and prototypes.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Portfolio demonstrating mobile app design cycles, conceptual thinking, and visual design for responsive websites.
