Description

Conduct usability testing for mobile applications and websites across iOS and Android devices to identify UX issues, bugs, and glitches.

You will own the testing lifecycle, from developing detailed test plans and cases to collaborating with developers and designers on issue resolution and regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Execute usability testing on various mobile devices to identify UX issues, bugs, and glitches.
• Develop detailed test plans and test cases covering diverse usage scenarios and edge cases.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to communicate and prioritize issue resolution.
• Perform compatibility testing across different screen sizes, resolutions, and mobile hardware.
• Provide feedback on UI/UX design and participate in regression testing to verify fixes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in mobile UX testing or related roles.
• Proficiency with iOS and Android operating systems.
• Hands-on experience testing on a wide range of mobile devices.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with mobile testing tools and software testing methodologies.
• Ability to document usability issues and bugs in a clear, organized manner.
• Analytical skills to evaluate user interactions and behaviors.
