Description

You will own mobility support for mobile devices, resolving escalated hardware and software incidents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve escalated hardware and software incidents via service management software.
• Support mobile operating systems including iOS and Android across iPads and iPhones.
• Manage mobile device requests and troubleshoot software application issues.
• Coordinate with carriers such as AT&T and Verizon for device provisioning and issues.

Required Skills

• 4 to 7 years of equivalent experience in Level 2 mobility support.
• Hands-on experience managing corporate devices via MobileIron.
• Proficiency with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for hardware and software.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focus.

Preferred Skills

• 2-5 years of experience supporting remote or field sales users in a corporate environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Apple Business Manager, or Apple Device Enrollment Program.
• Familiarity with Telecom Expense Management (TEM) platforms like Tangoe, MDSL, or Asignet.
