Description

You will manage and support Android enterprise device deployments and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage Android device enrollment using tools like Google Zero Touch or Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment.
• Triage and resolve technical customer queries related to Pixel and Android Enterprise.
• Articulate Pixel hardware capabilities and Android Enterprise functionalities to large-scale customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mobile device management.
• Deep knowledge of Android Enterprise and MDM/EMM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with at least one EMM solution such as VMware Workspace ONE, Omnissa, Ivanti, or SOTI.
• Technical understanding of Android platform architecture, including Android OS and APIs.
• Proficiency with Android development tools like ADB.
• Knowledge of Pixel device hardware, including custom chipsets and core components.
• Ability to manage bulk enrollment processes.
• Strong technical communication skills for customer-facing troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large-scale enterprise customer environments.
