Description

Lead the development and maintenance of native iOS applications while mentoring the team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify technical solutions for business needs and lead the team in iOS native application development.
• Mentor team members to mature agile practices and improve execution efficiency.
• Manage production issue triage, release management, and overall backlog maintenance.
• Drive R&D for proof-of-concepts and innovative customer interaction solutions.
• Conduct recruiting efforts to retain and attract top engineering talent.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Swift and Objective-C.
• Strong proficiency with SwiftUI and modern iOS design patterns (MVP, MVC, MVVM).
• Experience implementing functional programming and reactive patterns using Combine.
• Proficiency in writing UI tests using XCUITest and XCTest.
• Experience managing Swift Packages and version control via Github.
• Strong understanding of agile software development activities, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

• Proven track record of mentoring and leading engineering teams.
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
