Mobility NCE Developer

You will design, test, and deploy network products into customer networks using HLD, LLD, CIQ, and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect packet core networks including SMF, UPF, AMF, MME, SAEGW, and SPGW.
• Lead the execution of delivery projects and create project deliverables such as design recommendations and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams on the strategy, deployment, and optimization of services.
• Build and leverage test environments to resolve complex compatibility issues.
• Develop digital intellectual capital including scripts and digital signatures.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in system design, deployment, and testing.
• Expertise in Cloud Native Architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices principles.
• Deep understanding of 3GPP standards, 5G/CUPs, LTE, GSM, and CDMA.
• Hands-on experience with evolved packet core and subscriber policy (HSS/HLR).
• Knowledge of offline/online charging architectures (PCRF Gx, OCS Gy) and billing/provisioning protocols (Gz, SOAP, REST).
• Proficiency with Python, Perl, Linux, OSPF, BGP, MME, SAEGW, and SPGW.
• Understanding of virtualized platform principles including NFVi, VNF, NSO, and ESC.
• Familiarity with RedHat, OpenStack, CEPH, and RHEL.
• Knowledge of TCP/UDP/IP Layer 1-3 functionality and Leaf-Spine architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with starOS based ECS and Deep Packet Inspection.
• Familiarity with Cisco UCS, CVIM, and Cisco Ultra.
• Experience with yaml configuration creation and Interoperability Testing (IOT) methodologies.
