Model Based Developer

You will focus on model development, process improvement, and artifact quality within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Support overall model development and implement process improvements.
• Review team artifacts and ensure adherence to coding guidelines and standards.
• Conduct status calls with customers to communicate project progress.
• Optimize, debug, and perform root cause analysis on models and code.
• Develop scripts and tools to automate processes and increase productivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Model Based Development.
• Hands-on expertise with MATLAB and SIMULINK.
• Proficiency in RTW, TargetLink, and M Scripting.
• Strong understanding of AUTOSAR architecture.
• Experience with Model-in-the-loop (MIL) and Software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing.
• Experience working within Waterfall, Scrum, or Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of requirement specifications and auto code generation.
• B.E. or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
• Knowledge of powertrain domain, control systems, or performance control.
