Description

Develop and implement electronic control systems for powertrain, eDrive, and chassis products using model-based design methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop configurable, reusable control software following OEM specifications and standards.
• Cascade specifications from system level down to software requirements and unit test cases.
• Execute MIL and SIL testing to validate software unit test cases and integration strategies.
• Generate and debug code using Matlab Embedded Coder and TLC configuration.
• Conduct research into new tools and best practices for optimal software development and electrical components.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience exclusively in Matlab and Simulink projects.
• Expertise in Simulink, Stateflow, and automatic code generation.
• Experience with Matlab Embedded Coder, including configuring models with TLC.
• Proficiency with SIL testing and model-based design for machine controls or eDrive systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of C and C++.
• Experience managing data using DataDictionary.
• Strong understanding of engineering theory and design principles.
• Ability to work within an Agile team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DSpace Targetlink.
• Proficiency with Vector tools including CANalyzer, CANape, and CANoe.
• Experience with version control systems such as PTC.
