Description

Lead systems engineering for large-scale space and airborne programs, owning architecture, requirements, and verification.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, flow down, and track requirements across multiple programs.
• Architect systems and create MBSE models of systems and interfaces.
• Plan and lead verification and validation activities.
• Identify risks and define mitigation strategies.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and identify technology development efforts.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of systems engineering experience for space or airborne systems.
• Experience with SysML and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Aero/Astro, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to support a full range of systems engineering activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional reports and presentations.
• Experience using a systems perspective to drive technology development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MagicDraw.
• Experience with hardware and software integration.
• MS or PhD degree.
