Lead data science projects and manage a team of analysts to deliver actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor analysts, overseeing their technical and career development.
• Execute TAM, share of wallet analysis, and next best action modeling.
• Engage with clients through all project stages, from discovery and design to deployment.
• Build end-to-end analytical solutions and business-oriented dashboards.
• Develop analytics code and integrate disparate datasets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (or Google BigQuery) and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Vertex AI and GCP.
• Experience with Snowflake, R, and data structuring or harmonization.
• Apply statistics for trend discovery, correlation, and pattern analysis.
• Domain expertise in Retail or CPG with product, transaction, and customer-level data.
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings to clients.
• Ability to independently manage data science project delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Intermediate to advanced experience with Tableau for descriptive analytics.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Looker Studio.
