Description

You will lead the design and development of advanced AI/ML solutions for complex business problems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own project modules end-to-end, from definition and data exploration to model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Apply NLP techniques and Generative AI to extract insights from unstructured data.
• Drive initiatives using LLMs, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning for intelligent applications.
• Guide junior data scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in building, training, and deploying ML models at scale.
• Solid experience with NLP tools such as spaCy, Hugging Face, and NLTK.
• Strong command of SQL, Pandas, and NumPy for data handling.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for scalable deployment.
