Description

You will lead the configuration, integration, and administration of Adobe Workfront to support organizational business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Adobe Workfront by creating custom forms, workflows, templates, and fields.
• Develop custom scripts and integrations using Workfront Fusion to connect with ERP, CRM, and Adobe products.
• Manage user roles, permissions, groups, and access levels to ensure data security.
• Build custom reports and dashboards to track productivity, project status, and resource utilization.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis to implement rapid short-term and long-term technical fixes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementation or systems administration.
• Deep understanding of Adobe Workfront mechanics, personas, and object types.
• Expertise in Workfront setup, including access levels, layout templates, and project preferences.
• Hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion and API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ability to design custom approval workflows, durations, and work effort tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Workfront Core Professional Certification.
