Description

You will lead module development, production support, and maintenance activities while managing the customer interface.

Responsibilities

• Lead module development and production support activities.
• Draft initial charters and module plans, including functional and technical specification documents.
• Manage the customer interface daily to address issues before escalation.
• Allocate tickets to resources and ensure incidents are closed within deadlines while adhering to SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs.

Required Skills

• Experience leading module development and production support.
• Proficiency in Software Quality Processes.
• Ability to create and review functional and technical specification documents.
• Experience managing ticket queues and incident allocation.
• Ability to monitor and analyze module control metrics.
• Experience managing customer interfaces and issue resolution.
• Experience with timesheet and invoicing process management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ANY GRADUATE education background.
