Description

Lead data science projects involving NLP, large language models, predictive modelling, and statistical analysis to deliver scalable data products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop models and create data products using rich user datasets in collaboration with Development and Product teams.
• Build novel, scalable data systems leveraging ML techniques to improve user experience, coordinating with system architects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end features and products.
• Mentor and coach data scientists while providing technical leadership and identifying broader product implications.

Required Skills

• 5.5+ years experience in a Module Lead or Data Science capacity.
• Expert proficiency in Python.
• Practical experience with LLM/RAG for search quality, including query understanding and semantic retrieval.
• Hands-on experience with search platforms such as Solr, OpenSearch, or Elasticsearch.
• Proficiency in deep-learning libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience optimizing prompt engineering using frameworks like LangChain or crewai.
• Familiarity with statistical and ML algorithms (e.g., regression, neural networks, clustering).
• Experience with backend technologies such as Flask or Gunicorn.
