Good to Have Skills: Experience with performance tuning, JVM optimization, and system reliability. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and event-driven architectures. Exposure to cloud-native design and container orchestration including AKS/Kubernetes. Familiarity with DevOps practices, monitoring, and observability tools. Experience in domain-driven design or enterprise integration patterns. Knowledge of quality tools like JUnit, Mockito, and SonarQube.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technical design and development of enterprise-scale Java applications.
• Own solution architecture for modules and domains, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Drive modernization initiatives including monolith to microservices and cloud adoption.
• Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across teams.
• Review architecture, code, and design to ensure quality and maintainability standards.
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering strong technical capability within development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery processes.
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex issues and production challenges.

Experience Required: 10-15 years of hands-on experience in Java-based development with proven experience as a Technical Lead in enterprise systems. Strong experience in product development and modernization programs with solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. MCA or Master's in Computer Science preferred.
