Description

You lead the technical design and development of enterprise-scale Java applications, owning solution architecture for specific modules and domains. You drive modernization initiatives from monoliths to microservices and cloud adoption while enforcing coding standards and design patterns. You mentor engineers, review code for quality, and act as the technical escalation point for complex production issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design and development of enterprise-scale Java applications.
• Own solution architecture for modules, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Drive modernization initiatives including monolith to microservices and cloud adoption.
• Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across teams.
• Review architecture, code, and design to ensure quality and maintainability standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java-based development.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead in enterprise systems.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and MongoDB.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
• Front-end exposure to Angular or React.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance tuning, JVM optimization, and system reliability.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and event-driven architectures.
