Description

You will lead mainframe development modules across batch and online environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, IMS DB, and IMS DC.
• Perform root cause analysis on production issues and defects to implement permanent fixes.
• Manage development workflows within batch and online environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical requirements are met.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Mainframe technologies.
• Proficiency in COBOL and JCL.
• Hands-on experience with VSAM and DB2.
• Working knowledge of IMS DB and IMS DC.
• Experience in both Batch and Online development.
• Proven ability in production defect troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HP Non-Stop Tandem technologies including SCOBOL, ENFORM, and ENSCRIBE.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
