Description

You will lead the module lifecycle by translating product vision into actionable development tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Decompose features into user stories with testable acceptance criteria.
• Manage the product backlog by grooming, prioritizing bug fixes, UX improvements, and feature expansions.
• Maintain a groomed backlog of at least two sprints to ensure team velocity.
• Collaborate with architecture and development teams to define and prioritize technical debt.
• Negotiate dependency prioritization with other Product Managers and provide input for release management decisions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in product definition, feature definition, and EPIC/user story creation.
• Proficiency with JIRA, IBM Rational tools, Agile Craft, and SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of Agile Development Methodologies, Kanban, and Scrum.
• Experience managing backlog grooming and sprint readiness.
• Ability to track and analyze KPIs and agile metrics, including POCR, progression, and conversion.
• Knowledge of AT&T products and services.
• Experience reviewing content and design with Legal to mitigate risk.
