Description

Lead technical delivery for complex Salesforce implementations as the primary technical lead. You will own the development lifecycle for 2-3 projects, ensuring robust architecture and clean code.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for 2-3 full-lifecycle Salesforce projects.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, triggers, classes, LWC, and Lightning Aura.
• Configure Salesforce flows and standard platform features to meet business requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce best practices across the team.
• Mentor junior developers and manage technical delivery within an onshore-offshore model.

Required Skills

• 7+ years total IT experience with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce.
• Extensive hands-on proficiency in Apex coding, triggers, and classes.
• Strong expertise in LWC and Lightning Aura frameworks.
• Deep understanding of integrations using REST and SOAP APIs (inbound and outbound).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configurations and flow development.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications required.
• Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud certifications required.
• Ability to collaborate with architects and work effectively across time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Application Architect certification.
• Salesforce System Architect certification.
