You will lead end-to-end data visualization projects and manage a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end data visualization project lifecycles.
• Lead and manage a technical team within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Optimize dashboard performance using proven optimization techniques.
• Design dashboards that communicate data stories effectively.
• Execute data analysis, preparation, and ETL/ELT processes.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience with Tableau.
• Proven experience in team management or team lead roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or SAP HANA.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and data preparation.
• Solid understanding of ETL and ELT workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency using JIRA and Confluence.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI or QlikView/QlikSense.
• Experience with cloud databases such as Azure, Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or Google.
