Description

You lead data science projects involving NLP, large language models, and predictive modeling, owning the end-to-end delivery of scalable data systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel and scalable data systems leveraging machine learning techniques to enhance user experience.
• Perform research, develop models, and create data products using rich user datasets with Product and Development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features and products.
• Mentor and coach data scientists, providing technical leadership and driving issue closure.
• Estimate project efforts, identify risks, and meet defined schedules.

Required Skills

• Expert knowledge in Python.
• Minimum 5.5 years experience in a Module Lead capacity.
• Experience using large language models and statistical/machine learning algorithms (regression, decision trees, neural networks, Bayesian statistics).
• Experience with deep-learning libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience using NLP libraries including SpaCy, NLTK, and Gensim.
• Experience in feature selection and building/optimizing classifiers.
• Familiarity with backend technologies like Flask or Gunicorn.
• Experience with software stack components (CI, SOA, database modeling).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud infrastructure and platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Experience deploying models into production using tools like Jenkins.
