• Assess and identify potential mold issues during property inspections.
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards and provide remediation recommendations.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports for clients.
• Collaborate with clients regarding findings and next steps.
• Maintain inspection equipment and adhere to safety protocols.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in Inspection.
• Knowledge of Environmental Compliance and Environmental Consulting to assess and guide on mold concerns.
• Understanding of Environmental Law as it pertains to mold.
• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead on-site evaluations.
• Excellent analytical, observational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively on-site.

Preferred Skills

• OSHA certification or other industry-specific credentials.

Key Skills

Education

Knowledge in Environmental Compliance and Environmental Consulting to assess and guide on mold-related concerns.
