Job Description:    We are looking for an experienced MongoDB / MariaDB DBA to manage, maintain, and optimize database systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both NoSQL and relational databases, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and manage MongoDB and MariaDB databases Monitor database performance and optimize queries Implement backup and recovery strategies Ensure high availability using replication and clustering Manage database security, access control, and compliance Troubleshoot database issues and ensure uptime Work with development teams for database design and optimization Required Skills Strong experience in MongoDB and MariaDB administration Expertise in replication, clustering, and sharding (MongoDB) Hands-on with performance tuning and query optimization Knowledge of backup tools and disaster recovery strategies Experience with Linux/Unix systems Familiarity with monitoring tools and automation scripting Good to Have Experience with cloud databases (AWS / Azure / GCP) Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD Scripting skills (Python, Bash) Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
