Description

You will own the administration, performance, and reliability of MongoDB database infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain MongoDB database instances.
• Monitor database performance and implement tuning measures.
• Ensure data integrity through robust backup and recovery procedures.
• Manage database security, including user roles and permissions.
• Troubleshoot database issues and collaborate with development teams on schema optimization.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB administration and architecture.
• 5+ years of experience as a MongoDB Database Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proven experience with database backup, recovery, and security practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in MongoDB administration.
