Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable MongoDB database solutions.
• Create and manage database schemas, collections, and indexes.
• Optimize database performance, security, and storage efficiency.
• Manage MongoDB replica sets and sharding configurations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in database environments.
• Deep expertise with MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB Atlas or other cloud-based MongoDB services.
• Experience configuring and managing MongoDB replica sets.
• Experience implementing MongoDB sharding.
• Proven ability to optimize database performance and storage.
• Knowledge of database schema and index management.

Preferred Skills

• 3-year tenure expectation for stability.
