Description

Design, develop, and optimize a high-performance MongoDB Connector focused on scalability and clean code.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the MongoDB Connector using efficient, well-documented code.
• Optimize the connector for performance and scalability under load.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues within the connector codebase.
• Collaborate with QA engineers and product managers to define technical requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback to team members.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing software specifically with MongoDB.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and design patterns.
• Experience developing and maintaining a software product.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with MongoDB Connector development.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
