Description

You will manage MongoDB databases across multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement multi-data center MongoDB replica sets and sharded clusters across On-Prem Linux and Cloud Platforms.
• Configure and maintain database servers, monitoring system health, performance, availability, and security.
• Plan, deploy, and troubleshoot high-availability database environments.
• Automate regular processes and provide end-to-end problem resolution for real-time issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in MongoDB database administration.
• 5+ years of enterprise experience managing complex, multi-server database environments.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB provisioning, building, configuration, patching, and maintenance.
• Proficiency with Linux and Cloud Platforms.
• Experience with database health optimization, including validations and monitoring.
• Ability to automate DBMS configuration and management capabilities.
• Proven experience with database migrations and supporting application migration waves.

Preferred Skills

• Experience remediating issues identified during migrations.
